RISK SURVEYING
This is a specialist service provided for liability underwriters and insurance brokers. Businesses surveyed are predominantly in the engineering/construction and food processing sectors, although clubs/concert venues, restaurants and similar premises are also covered.
Surveys and subsequent reports focus upon liability risk exposure. They alert the client to shortcomings such as dangerous plant equipment, unsafe working practices, poor approach to health & safety management and inadequate documentation. Detailed targeted ‘risk improvements’ are provided in respect of each shortcoming and, where required, a confidential ‘risk rating’ will be given.
